Kylie's Creatures LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company, operates Kylie's Creatures Club. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — meaning we decide how and why your data is processed. You can reach us at kylie@kyliescreatures.com.

• Account information — parent name, email address, and login credentials.
• Family profiles — children's first names (or nicknames), chosen avatars, learning progress, badges, and game scores. We never ask for a child's full name, photo, or contact details.
• Messages — questions and messages you send through our contact forms, "Ask Kylie," or by email.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, features used, approximate device and browser type, and IP address, used for security and to improve the Service.

Payment details (card numbers, billing details) are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card number.

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service (contract performance);
• To track learning progress, badges, and creature unlocks for your family (contract performance);
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support (legitimate interests);
• To send service emails — welcome messages, new-creature announcements, Watch Party reminders, and membership updates (contract performance and legitimate interests);
• To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests);
• To improve the Service and understand how it is used (legitimate interests);
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

• Service providers who help us run the Service — hosting and database infrastructure, and our email service provider (Brevo) for sending account and membership emails.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of memberships, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Kylie's Creatures Club is designed for families. Accounts are created by parents or legal guardians, and children's profiles contain only a first name or nickname chosen by the parent, an avatar, and learning progress. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, and children cannot make purchases. If you believe a child has provided us personal data outside a parent's account, contact us and we will delete it.

We keep account and progress data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so memberships can be reactivated. We keep transaction and tax records as long as the law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your family's data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email kylie@kyliescreatures.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your family's information.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as sound settings). We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time, though signing in will no longer persist if you do.
